Expected Learning Outcome (ELO) for the educational program: Study the formation and development of land legislation in Kazakhstan under market relations. 1.1 To examine the legal status of the land fund categories of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 1.2 Learn the skills to apply the knowledge gained during this course in practical work. 2.
